Compensation and Benefits

Anticipated Hiring Salary Range : $5877 - $6236 per month (Steps 1-4)

Full CSU Classification Salary Range : $5877 - $8561 per month

• This is a full-time probationary exempt position.

The CSU system provides a comprehensive benefit package that includes medical dental and vision plans membership in the California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS) sick and vacation time and 15 paid holidays a year. Job Summary

TheDivision Budget Analyst under the general direction of the Vice President of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management provides advanced-level financial and administrative expertise and leadership to support multiple departments and / or a significant program area within the division. The incumbent serves in an advisory role to the Vice President with strategic financial planning and decision-making. This position functions independently with a high degree of judgment and accountability to ensure effective budget administration financial management and policy compliance. The incumbent is expected to independently analyze complex budgetary issues make strategic recommendations and lead special projects to enhance the divisions fiscal and operational efficiency. The position will also analyze and assess the return on investment for programs within the division and provide the Vice President with budget allocations.
