To provide operational leadership for logistics support services, the full-time Operations Lead for Logistics will manage a distributed team, ensure high-quality execution of deliverables, and maintain continuity of operations across a complex portfolio, all in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Lead execution of logistics task area activities in alignment with contract scope, timelines, and performance standards Directly supervise logistics team members, including task assignment, performance management, and resource planning Oversee logistics operations and implement quality control processes to ensure consistency and timeliness of deliverables Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field Minimum of 6 years of experience in logistics, operations, or project coordination for large-scale or federally funded programs Experience developing SOPs, process documentation, and workflow tools Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing complex operational workflows Minimum of 2 years' experience supervising or managing teams of 3-6 staff, including performance management responsibilities
