Make up to $21.000 and hour plus shift differentials for 2nd shift, 3rd shift and weekends
Hiring associates qualify for an additional $3.00 for meeting the guidelines for perfect attendance in the pay period.

Shifts: 2nd shift 2:30pm-11:00pm and EOW is required
Job Description
You will be supported in your work by a team that values one another and ensures your voice is heard
Assist residents to meet their daily needs, including personal care and meal assistance
Respond to resident calls and needs promptly with a smile and positive attitude
Work side by side with other staff, the residents, and the loved ones of the residents
Report changes in condition to nursing staff, ensure proper documentation as needed
Serve as an advocate for your residents and a leader for your team
Be knowledgeable in the survey process and best practices

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Holds a current Nurses’ Aide Certificate from the State of Illinois
Preferred 1 year of experience as a Certified Nurse Aide
