Owning the end-to-end transition of newly signed advisors' books, the full-time remote Client Transition Specialist will manage paperwork generation, account transfers, and communication with advisors to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Key responsibilities: Oversee the complete transition process for assigned advisors, ensuring timely and accurate account transfers Prepare and validate account paperwork to minimize errors and delays during transitions Act as the primary point of contact for transitioning advisors, coordinating with internal teams and custodians to maintain progress and resolve issues Required qualifications: 3 to 5+ years of experience in client operations, account transitions, onboarding, or account management in wealth management Strong understanding of custodial platforms and account transfer paperwork Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple projects Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, especially under pressure Tech-savvy with a quick learning curve for new technologies and tools
