To support existing clients in maintaining compliance with FDA regulations, the full-time Account Renewal Specialist will manage a high volume of outbound and inbound renewal sales calls while striving to exceed sales quotas in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities: Manage a high volume of outbound and inbound renewal sales calls in a timely and professional manner Follow established communication scripts while applying critical thinking and sound judgment Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals and performance metrics Required qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish and English Availability to work Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM EST Ability to accurately type while speaking on the phone, with a minimum typing speed of 35 WPM Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn specialized software applications Previous call center experience preferred
