Providing leadership and operational management for the Review Team, the full-time DHS Review Manager will oversee the review of federal background investigations, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and government regulations in a remote-friendly environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Review Team's day-to-day operations, assigning work and balancing workloads Monitor team performance against quality, timeliness, and production metrics, reporting KPIs to Program Management Identify trends and recurring deficiencies in investigative work products, collaborating with Quality Assurance and Training personnel for improvement initiatives Required Qualifications Active favorable adjudicated T5, T5R, or HT security clearance Experience in federal background investigations is highly desired Proven leadership experience in managing teams and operational processes Strong understanding of investigative review standards and customer-specific requirements Ability to develop corrective action plans and targeted educational initiatives
