Owning the employee benefits and leave administration functions, the full-time U.S. Benefits Administration Lead will manage strategy, compliance, vendor relationships, and employee communication for benefits programs across the United States and Singapore, ensuring a high-quality employee experience. Key responsibilities: Lead the strategy and administration of employee benefits and leave programs, including renewals and Open Enrollment processes Evaluate market trends and employee feedback to recommend competitive benefits offerings and manage vendor partnerships Develop and execute employee communications and education initiatives to enhance understanding and utilization of benefits programs Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience 8+ years of experience managing employee benefits programs with end-to-end accountability Experience leading U.S. benefits renewals and administering employee leave programs in partnership with third-party vendors Working knowledge of U.S. employee benefits and leave requirements, including FMLA and ADA Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
