Providing operational support for the IRS Enterprise API Gateway production environment, the full-time Operations & Maintenance Engineer will ensure high availability and rapid incident response while managing ServiceNow incidents and supporting 24x7 operational activities in a hybrid work setting. Key responsibilities Monitor production API Gateway environments and respond to incidents Support vulnerability remediation, security patch implementation, and disaster recovery testing Create operational dashboards, reports, and documentation while coordinating with cross-functional teams during incident resolution Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years supporting enterprise production systems Experience with ServiceNow and enterprise API Gateway environments Experience monitoring Linux or Windows server environments Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with incident management
