We are seeking an Inspection & Resource Coordination Specialist to support natural gas construction projects by coordinating inspection resources, managing field support activities, and assisting with workforce planning. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with field construction experience who enjoys working with cross-functional teams and supporting project execution from planning through completion. The successful candidate will work closely with construction management, commissioning, supply chain, and training teams to ensure inspection resources are deployed effectively while maintaining compliance, documentation, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities Coordinate inspection activities across multiple natural gas construction projects. Support inspection resource planning and scheduling. Partner with Supply Chain to coordinate vendor inspection resources. Provide resource support to construction and commissioning teams as needed. Assist with workforce planning and inspection resource allocation. Project & Training Support Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of project tracking tools. Maintain Learning Management System (LMS) training records and compliance. Verify project documentation for accuracy and completeness. Track inspection certifications and training requirements. Assist with recruiting inspection personnel, including resume screening and interview coordination. Support onboarding activities for new field personnel. Help maintain a pipeline of qualified inspection and field support professionals. General Responsibilities Maintain accurate project records and reporting using Microsoft Excel. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications 2–5 years of in-field natural gas construction experience. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, formatting, and data organization. Valid driver's license with the ability to travel as required. Industry experience or military experience in a related technical field. Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams. Preferred Qualifications Technical degree, business degree, or equivalent industry experience. Experience supporting field construction, inspections, commissioning, or training programs. Industry certifications (API or other relevant certifications) are a plus. Experience within natural gas, utilities, pipeline, or industrial construction environments.
