Lead a high-performing Women's Services team and make a meaningful impact on the care of mothers, babies, and families at Presbyterian Medical Center.
As the Nurse Manager for Labor & Delivery and Special Maternity, you'll oversee a 20-bed Labor & Delivery unit and a 16-bed Special Maternity unit, supporting patients throughout the antepartum, intrapartum, and high-risk postpartum journey. You'll partner with an experienced interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care for patients experiencing both routine and complex pregnancies, including hypertension, preeclampsia, and diabetes.
This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll spend time mentoring and developing your team, driving engagement and accountability, and fostering a culture of collaboration and clinical excellence.
