What You’ll Do As a Member Services Specialist, you’ll serve as a trusted resource for members by delivering exceptional service and identifying financial solutions that meet their needs. Responsibilities include: Opening and maintaining consumer accounts, including checking, savings, and other deposit products Assisting members with account transactions, service requests, and account maintenance Processing consumer loan applications and assisting with loan disbursements and closings Identifying opportunities to recommend products and services that support members’ financial goals Resolving member concerns quickly and professionally while providing outstanding service Educating members on digital banking tools and credit union services Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with credit union policies and financial regulations Building strong member relationships through personalized financial solutions Supporting branch operations and contributing to team goals What We’re Looking For Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills Friendly, positive, member focused attitude Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfort with computers and financial systems CU*Answers or credit union software is a plus Previous banking, credit union, financial institution, or teller experience strongly preferred Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required Education High school diploma or equivalent required Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, communications, or related field preferred Your Job Classification & Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday Pay Range $19.63 - 20.86 per hour, based on experience Why You’ll Love Working Here Medical, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) 401(k) match STD, LTD, & AD&D Life insurance EAP Paid time off Paid holidays + floating holidays Opportunities for growth and advancement Equal Opportunity Employer TCCU is proud to provide equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants. #J-18808-Ljbffr
