This role is part of the Real Estate and Business practice. We are seeking a Mid-Level or Senior Associate / Of Counsel attorney with at least six years of real estate finance and transactional experience.

Base Pay Range

$225,000.00 / yr - $275,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Substantial experience with mortgage, mezzanine and preferred equity finance, joint venture equity transactions, and complex commercial purchase and sale transactions.
• Prior lead deal responsibility. Ability to manage transactions with minimal oversight.
• Detail oriented with strong drafting, negotiating, communication and deal management skills.
• Good time management skills and a strong work ethic.
• Desire to work with entrepreneurial, fast paced clients.
• Opportunity to assume significant client responsibility.
