High Net Worth (HNW) Producer

Job Summary

Seeking experienced and driven HNW Producers to join a team. This role focuses on targeting true HNW individuals, ideally with a background in family office environments, to deliver tailored insurance solutions. The position offers a unique opportunity to work with a dedicated team and contribute to the growth of a specialized division.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience.
• Commission Structure: Similar to Commercial Lines producers, with a typical two-year validation period (extendable to three years for exceptional candidates).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with High Net Worth individuals and families, with a focus on true private client business.
• Identify and target potential clients, leveraging expertise in family office environments and HNW markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, with average revenue ranging from $1,000 to $10,000 per account.
• Drive new business growth while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to provide clients with the best possible advice and solutions.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: CPRIA and P&C licenses are required.
• Experience: Proven track record in HNW insurance sales, with a strong understanding of private client business and family office dynamics.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. High level of professionalism and discretion. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant insurance software and tools.
• Work Arrangement: Open to remote work for strong candidates, with a preference for hybrid arrangements in a nearby office.
