Farmers Insurance is seeking a Life Insurance Specialist to partner with more than 50 established agencies throughout North Texas. This is a dual-focus position: approximately half of each week is dedicated to structured training in life insurance products, sales methodology, and consultative client conversations, while the remainder is spent in direct production, working with existing clients within partner agencies. This role does not involve cold outreach or independent lead generation.

Partner with agency owners and staff across a multi-agency territory throughout North Texas
Engage existing auto and home insurance policyholders to identify life insurance needs
Complete structured training in life insurance products, sales methodology, and consultative client conversations
Leverage existing policy pricing conversations to introduce life insurance solutions
Cultivate long-term relationships with agency teams to sustain a consistent referral pipeline
Active Texas General Lines Life, Accident, Health & HMO insurance license
Minimum of six months of life insurance sales experience
Ability to successfully complete state and federal criminal background and credit checks
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within an agency team environment
Compensation:
Base salary of $4,000 per month
Commission of up to 80% on life insurance production
Split commission structure on existing Farmers agency books
District performance bonuses
Securities compensation averaging approximately 60%, with potential up to 80%
