Pay range $21-24 houry
We are seeking a
Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator (English/Spanish)
to join our team in Ventura. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, people-oriented professional who enjoys supporting recruitment, onboarding, and HR administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and initiate the onboarding process for new hires
Contact applicants to schedule interviews and provide hiring updates
Assist with recruiting and candidate communication
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support HR team with data entry, filing, and administrative tasks
Assist with new hire orientations and onboarding paperwork
Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative support
Help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Perform general office and clerical duties as needed
Qualifications
Bilingual in
English and Spanish
(required)
Previous administrative, customer service, recruiting, or HR experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
What We're Looking For
Someone with minimum of 6 months experience in Human Resources
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping people
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
Comfortable speaking with applicants and coordinating interviews

Monday through Friday
8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
