Make every interaction matter.As a Hospitality Associate – Driver, you help bring the Towne experience to life. Whether parking vehicles, assisting with luggage, or supporting guests, patients, and visitors, you create seamless arrival-to-departure experiences through safe, professional, and hospitality-focused service.This posting represents multiple Hospitality Associate – Driver opportunities across Towne locations. Specific responsibilities may vary by site, client, and assignment.What You'll DoSafely park, retrieve, and inspect vehiclesCreate positive first and last impressionsDeliver exceptional experiences through service, professionalism, and hospitalityWelcome and assist guests, patients, and visitors with directions, wayfinding, and service-related needsFollow all traffic laws and company safety standardsMaintain organized work areas and complete documentation accuratelyWhat Makes You a Great FitOutstanding customer service and communication skillsReliable, professional, and calm in fast-paced environmentsWorks well independently and as part of a teamAble to work evenings and/or weekendsDriving RequirementsValid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle RecordAbility to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles (when applicable)Compensation: Towne is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual pay will be based on job-related skills, experience, education, training, geographic location, and other business-related factors. The hourly base pay range for this position is $10.98 per hour plus tips.Our associates enjoy competitive pay, paid training, career growth opportunities, health benefits, retirement savings programs, employee assistance programs, and recognition programs. Eligibility requirements depend on job classification, length of employment, and hours worked. Benefits are subject to change and may be governed by specific plan or program terms.
