Remote Sales Development Representative (1099 Contractor)

What youll do

• Prospect into target accounts through cold calls email LinkedIn and multi-touch sequences.
  
• Research companies and buyers to find the right decision-makers and tailor outreach.
  
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against our qualification criteria.
  
• Book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives and hand off with clear context.
  
• Hit monthly and quarterly targets for meetings booked and pipeline generated.
  
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date logging every activity and next step.
  
• Work with Marketing on campaigns and share feedback on messaging and lead quality.
  
• Test new outreach approaches and share what works with the team
  

What you bring

• 3 years of experience in sales development business development or inside sales in tech or SaaS.
  
• A track record of meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets.
  
• Confidence on the phone and strong written communication.
  
• Comfort using a CRM and sales engagement tools to manage outreach and track activity.
  
• Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule and workload without day-to-day supervision.
  
• Comfort with rejection a high volume of outreach and a fast-moving environment.
  
• Strong organization and time management across many accounts at once.
  
• Authorization to work in the United States.
