Key Responsibilities

Define and execute IT strategy, policies, and vendor management

Oversee daily IT operations and manage SaaS lifecycle

Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing IT operations in a cloud-first environment

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Zscaler, Okta, and Sophos

Experience in leading IT projects and vendor management

Understanding of security frameworks and data protection best practices

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
