Descripción del trabajoExperience in a print or mailroom setting Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PDF, and Outlook) Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand for long periods throughout the day Must be able to pass a background and drug test Experience operating large digital copiers, inserters, or mailing machines Prior experience handling mail or providing customer service Strong teamwork skills and adaptability to workplace changes Multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment Adhere to strict turnaround times and deadlines Operate multiple large production printers and manage print stock Clear printer jams and maintain equipment functionality Operate large production inserters and perform minor mechanical adjustments Perform folding, inserting, and postage application tasks Verify print jobs based on provided documentation Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment Adapt to workflow or procedural changes as needed 11 / 10 / 2025 Must be comfortable working in a 24 / 7 / 365 operation Handling of sensitive healthcare information requires high confidentiality Time-sensitive work with defined turnaround requirements Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
