Position
The Transition Management Operations Analyst assists in the onboarding of Private Wealth Advisor Teams. The role would facilitate client searches and contact, provide guidance on client profiling, open accounts, and various other aspects to ensure a timely and successful transition process. The Transition Management Operations Analyst would also run metrics in support and management of the team transitions.
Individual should be equally proficient working in a team environment or as an individual contributor. Should be goals driven with team success as a priority. Eager to learn, work with a sense of urgency, multi-tasking, willing to work extended hours and flexible to change. Individual must be extremely thorough, detail-oriented, organized, able to learn quickly and handle volume under pressure.

Compensation Range
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
