John Beal Roofing is hiring Roofing Sales Representatives in the Springfield market. No roofing experience is required and training is provided. You must be comfortable working at height, since inspecting and documenting roofs is a core part of the role, and you need a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities: inspect roofs and document damage, educate homeowners in plain language, meet insurance adjusters on site and work claims, and manage the customer relationship from first inspection through the finished roof.

Requirements: no experience necessary; cannot be afraid of heights; valid driver's license and reliable transportation; willingness to learn roofing, insurance and claims.
