Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Implement and adapt evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment strategies as required to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about injury prevention strategies, home exercise programs, and other self-care techniques to promote ongoing recovery and independence.
• Collaborate actively with the multidisciplinary team to design comprehensive care pathways that ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care for all patients.

Qualifications

• A valid state licensure/certification to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.

• Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with patients and work effectively within a team environment.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and treatment skills, combined with a passion for delivering quality care.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in orthopedic physical therapy, ideally within a rehabilitation center or similar setting.
• Experience using advanced rehabilitation technologies and a strong understanding of modern therapy protocols.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive compensation package ranging between USD 110,000 to 130,000 annually, supplemented by a comprehensive benefits program that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
