Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy services tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments involving psychological evaluations and client interviews to construct individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, to address specific concerns effectively.
• Support clients in establishing clear therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress through ongoing evaluation and feedback.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring everything is accurate and up-to-date.
• Engage with a user-centric telehealth platform that streamlines client scheduling, note-taking, and follow-up procedures to enhance the overall therapeutic experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will encompass a diverse client population, ranging from children to adults, and addressing various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. The flexibility inherent in our telehealth model allows you to reach clients in both urban and rural Texas areas, broadening access to critical mental health services for those who may face barriers to traditional in-office visits.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Full licensure by the State Board to practice independently, such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting and familiarity with digital mental health tools is advantageous.
