Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• You will provide exceptional clinical services, such as conducting thorough evaluations and delivering tailored individual and family therapy sessions for both adolescents and children.
• Develop and implement evidence-based behavioral health treatment plans, regularly assessing and adjusting these plans based on the progress and needs of your clients.
• Assess and evaluate patients through video-based encounters, collecting vital medical information, health history, and conducting mental status examinations.
• Maintain accurate and sensitive patient records, ensuring that all examination results, treatment details, and progress notes are documented in compliance with regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on providing care for children and adolescents, addressing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and family dynamics. By utilizing telehealth, you will be able to reach a wider client base, ensuring accessibility for families who may face barriers to traditional in-person therapy.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of California.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in providing therapy or psychological services, particularly within outpatient settings.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth delivery of mental health services, demonstrating proficiency with digital health technologies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities relevant to children and adolescents.
• Experience working with diverse populations within various socio-economic contexts.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time LMFT position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000.
