Our advanced facility offers an array of services, including surgical interventions, physical rehabilitation, imaging, and emergency care. We pride ourselves on our commitment to providing a compassionate healthcare environment where both patients and staff feel valued. Our robust network ensures the integration of innovative medical practices, thereby enhancing patient outcomes and experiences.

Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at our clinic, you will be surrounded by a collaborative and supportive team of healthcare professionals, all of whom are dedicated to fostering an environment of excellence in patient care. Our clinic operates Monday to Friday, from 2 PM to 8 PM, allowing for a focused approach to each patient’s rehabilitation journey while also enabling work-life balance. The facility itself is equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation technology and therapeutic equipment, enabling you to provide the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered therapeutic services to a designated caseload of patients. You will work closely with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure that all aspects of patient recovery are addressed.
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history review and physical assessments, to determine appropriate rehabilitation goals tailored to each individual.
  • Design and implement customized treatment plans that promote optimal recovery and rehabilitation outcomes, adapting techniques as necessary based on patient progress.
  • Supervise the delivery of physical therapy interventions, either administering these directly or overseeing support staff to ensure consistent quality of care.
  • Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques, home exercise programs, and the use of any therapeutic devices or modalities necessary for continued progress.
  • Maintain up-to-date, accurate patient records and documentation, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines as well as organizational policies.
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and manage caseloads effectively, ensuring that prioritization of tasks aligns with patient needs and clinic capabilities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve treating patients who require orthopedic rehabilitation, including post-operative care, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. You will engage with a wide-ranging clientele—from adults recovering from surgery to pediatric patients rehabilitating from injuries or congenital conditions. Through compassionate and attentive care, you will play a vital role in their recovery journey, promoting functional independence and enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following:

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, or the capability to obtain certification within the first 30 days of employment.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and pursuit of best practices in physical therapy.

Preferred Experience

While no prior experience is required, candidates with a background in orthopedic rehabilitation or familiarity with treatment protocols for diverse patient populations will be given preference. A strong desire to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and engage with patients at various stages of recovery is essential.
