Descripción del trabajo

Jordan Law, a boutique Personal Injury law firm, is seeking an Associate Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. We're a trial-first plaintiff firm with offices just south of downtown Denver in Greenwood Village, and litigation is the heart of what we do.

The role

You'll manage your own litigation docket from filing through trial, though you will have a mentor to receive direction, coaching and feedback, work within our firm's approach to litigation, and collaborate as a team.

You'll do

  • Own and drive a litigation caseload: discovery, motions, depositions, mediation, trial prep
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Draft motions and defend against and argue motions
  • Strategize with the full litigation team prior to filing the lawsuit and monthly thereafter
  • Keep clients well informed of their case status and set expectations.
  • Serve as second chair at trial

You have

  • 3+ years of litigation experience
  • Pre-litigation experience (a plus)
  • Understanding of how to build a case and how to try it
  • Sharp instincts: you think on your feet and solve problems fast
  • Initiative, plus the humility to take feedback
  • Active Colorado bar license (or eligibility)

To apply

Send your resume and a cover letter to Please include a redacted or public writing sample (an MSJ response is ideal) and, if you can share one without breaching confidentiality, a deposition excerpt. Please don't send anything confidential. We'll ask for more later.

Compensation: $130,000 - $170,000 | Benefits: Health, PTO, 401k
