Senior CAS Associate

**Senior CAS Associate** | Jackson, TN (In-office or hybrid (not remote))

Ready to lead in client accounting? A well-respected regional CPA firm is growing its Client Accounting Services team in Jackson and needs a Senior CAS Associate. You'll be a trusted accounting partner to a diverse client base, review team members' work, and mentor them as they grow.

**What you'll do**

- Own monthly and quarterly close for assigned clients

- Prepare and review balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

- Handle complex reconciliations (bank, credit card, payroll) and resolve discrepancies

- Onboard new clients: system setup, chart of accounts, and historical data conversion

- Serve as a go-to accounting resource for clients

- Review and support the development of team members

**What you bring**

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting

- 3-5 years of public accounting experience; CAS or outsourced accounting experience preferred

- Advanced QuickBooks and Excel skills

- Strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge

- Confident communicator who enjoys mentoring

**Pay range:** $55,000 - $75,000 per year
