Job Summary:\n

• This is an opportunity to join our team in a rural community in northern New Hampshire. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages (or adults) in a close-knit, underserved community. Rural medicine allows the delivery of high-quality primary care, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management, to participate in community health initiatives, and promote wellness education.

Primary Care:\n

\n

\n
• High elderly population
\n
• Experienced in Chronic Disease Management
\n
• 18+ patients per day
\n
• Monday through Friday 8-5
\n
• 36 patient hours, 4hrs of admin time - NO CALL
\n
• EMR is Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation
\n
• Supported by an RN Team leader and medical assistant
\n
• Available Specialty service include: Integrated Behavioral Health team, Audiology, Cardiology, Dermatology, ENT/Allergy, General Surgery, Neurology, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Pulmonary Medicine, Radiology, Sleep Medicine, Tele-Medicine Rheumatology, Urology, Wound Center, and more.

Requirements:\n

• Board Certified / Board Eligible - Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician

• Ability to hold a New Hampshire state license
