Position Overview:

Provide comprehensive outpatient care in a team-based, patient-centered environment. You will focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and continuity of care.

Compensation & Benefits:

- $220,000 - $240,000 + Quarterly Bonuses (Based on Quality) \n

Key Responsibilities:
\n

- Deliver comprehensive primary care services (adult or family medicine) \n
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions \n
- Emphasize preventative care and patient education \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR \n
- EMR System is eClinicalWorks \n
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives \n

Schedule & Work Environment:

- Monday–Friday schedule \n
- No Nights \n
- No Weekends \n
- No Holidays \n
- Outpatient only (no inpatient responsibilities) \n
- Support from nurses, MAs, and administrative staff \n
- Efficient workflows designed to reduce burnout \n

Qualifications:
\n

- MD or DO degree \n
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine OR Family Practice \n
- Active or eligible state license \n
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills \n
