Associate Attorney (Wheeling)

Position Summary

Kulinsky & Associates, Ltd. seeks a full-time, experienced Illinois family-law attorney to independently manage an active domestic-relations caseload. The attorney will provide skilled, responsive, and client-focused representation in divorce, parentage, parenting-time, and child-support matters.

Why Attorneys Choose Our Firm

We prioritize quality of work over billable quotas.

There is no minimum billable requirement — your schedule reflects your caseload, not an arbitrary number.

We offer:

• Genuine work‑life balance
• A calm, supportive, low‑drama environment
• Long‑term staff retention
• Autonomy without micromanagement
• A stable caseload ready for immediate transition

You will independently manage divorce, parentage, parenting‑time, and child‑support matters, with full support from experienced staff. The position is ideal for an attorney who wants ownership, stability, and a healthier work culture than many Chicago‑area firms provide.

Required Qualifications

· 2+ years of Illinois family-law experience;

· Demonstrated ability to independently handle domestic-relations litigation;

· Strong legal writing;

· Sound judgment and discretion; and

· Ability to assume responsibility for an established active caseload promptly.
