Technical Project Manager (TPM with Data, Security)

Summary

• The An Information Security Business Intelligence team delivers metrics and information to support decision making across the Information Security organization.
• We are seeking an organized, proactive program manager to coordinate the team's work and keep our delivery on track.
• This role will also standardize how the team defines, validates, and onboards metrics and data sources, building the governance and process rigor the team needs as it scales.
• This role will own the visibility and cadence of our projects, monitoring all active work to ensure the timely delivery of metrics and feature development on our web portal.

Description

• The Business Intelligence team is central to delivering key information, metrics, analysis, and related resources to the An Information Security organization.
• The ideal program manager excels at bringing structure to complex, fast-moving work and keeping stakeholders aligned across Information Security and other A organizations in support of the BI team's mission.
• Manage the team's projects and tasks, maintaining accurate status, timelines, dependencies, and ownership
• Monitor all active projects and work streams to ensure on-time delivery of metrics and web portal feature development, surfacing risks and blockers early
• Coordinate across analysts, data engineers, web portal developers and other resource groups and their PMs to keep initiatives moving and aligned to team priorities
• Establish and maintain reporting cadences, status updates, standups, and delivery summaries, that give the team and leadership clear visibility into progress
• Drive process consistency in how work is planned, tracked, and closed out across the team
• Own and maintain a standardized intake process for new metrics and data sources, so requesting teams have a clear, repeatable path to onboarding
• Partner with analysts and data engineers to ensure metric definitions, business logic, and data readiness classifications are documented and kept current
• Support the design and ongoing upkeep of the team's metric validation framework as it matures
