Position Overview\n

\nAn established and rapidly growing plastic surgery group is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to join a collaborative team of surgeons. Due to increasing demand for both hospital-based and cosmetic procedures, the practice is expanding and looking to add a fourth surgeon.\n

\n

\nThis is a unique opportunity to work in a high-volume practice that combines the academic complexity of reconstructive surgery with the autonomy and financial potential of private practice. The group performs a wide spectrum of procedures, and new surgeons will benefit from mentorship and strong support from senior partners.\n

Key Responsibilities\n

\n

\n
• Perform a wide range of plastic and reconstructive surgical procedures.
\n
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized surgical treatment plans.
\n
• Perform cosmetic and reconstructive procedures based on patient needs and practice focus.
\n
• Collaborate with a team of experienced surgeons and healthcare professionals.
\n
• Participate in hospital-based surgical care as well as outpatient procedures.
\n
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records.
\n
• Provide high-quality patient care with strong emphasis on safety and outcomes.
\n
• Contribute to the continued growth and development of the practice.

• Earning potential: $600,000 – $1,000,000+ annually.

Qualifications\n

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
\n
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Plastic Surgery.
\n
• Fellowship-trained surgeons and new graduates are welcome to apply.
\n
• Strong interest in both reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery.
\n
• Excellent surgical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
\n
• Charismatic personality with strong team collaboration skills.
