Now Hiring: Lead Case Manager Are you committed to supporting children and families through life-changing, community-based care? We’re seeking a Lead Case Manager to join our team and take a pivotal role in guiding families, coordinating services, and mentoring case management staff within foster care and child welfare programs. In this leadership role, you’ll help shape positive outcomes by providing oversight, direction, and support to case managers, while also ensuring families receive the care and resources they need to heal, reunify, and thrive. Lead Case Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supervise and mentor case management staff, ensuring quality and compliance in service delivery Provide direct case management services to children and families as needed Lead team meetings, review case plans, and provide clinical and administrative guidance Coordinate care with foster parents, biological families, mental health providers, schools, and community partners Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to state and agency regulations Respond to crises and support stabilization efforts with trauma-informed care Promote a strengths-based, family-centered approach in all case planning Lead Case Manager Qualifications include but are not limited to: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field LSW or LPC Required Minimum 3 years of experience in child welfare, mental health, or clinical settings Strong clinical, interpersonal, and organizational skills Familiarity with trauma, attachment, and family systems Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Lead Case Manager Benefits include but are not limited to: Highly Competitive Salary!
