Descripción del trabajoPrevious experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields Fundamental knowledge of GAAP Ability to prioritize and multitask Strong organizational skills Deadline and detail-oriented Previous experience in bookkeeping or other related fields Excellent typing skills Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable and trustworthy - able to maintain confidentiality Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required Able to read, write, and perform mathematical computations Computer literate, able to type 55+ wpm with a high degree of accuracy Medical, Rx, and Wellness Benefits Dental and Vision Plan Options Short-term Disability 401(k) Retirement Plan Holiday Pay
PrideStaff is currently seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team for a client in the Lockport, IL area! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records. This is a TEMP to HIRE position.
1st Shift, Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm
Pay Rate : $18-$22 (DOE)
Responsibilities :
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
