Job Summary : \n\nJoin a dynamic and collaborative team on a 42-bed Med-Surg Telemetry unit caring for a diverse patient population, including Cardiac, Diabetes, CHF, COPD, Renal, General Surgery, and Orthopedics. We’re looking for a skilled and adaptable Travel Med-Surg / Tele RN to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced acute care environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\nProvide direct nursing care to patients on a telemetry-capable Med-Surg unit.\n\nMonitor telemetry and respond to changes in patient condition.n\n\nManage insulin, heparin, and Lasix drips confidently\n\nDocument all care accurately in the electronic medical record system.\n\nFlex to care for IMCU-level patients as needed based on census\n\nWork rotating weekends and holidays (required)\n\nNo on-call requirement\n\nPatient Population Includes : \n\nCardiac and telemetry\n\nDiabetes management\n\nCHF, COPD, and renal patients\n\nGeneral surgical and orthopedic post- ops\n\nRequirements : \n\nMinimum 2yearsr of recent Med-Surg / Tele experience\n\nACLS and BLS – Required\n\nCPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) – Required\n\nMust be proficient in managing Insulin, Heparin, and Lasix dri.ps\n\nMust be comfortable flexing to IMCU-level patients
