Key Responsibilities
Coordinate PR deliverables, ensuring timelines and materials are shared with the agency partner on schedule
Maintain and update a centralized PR calendar for conferences and speaking opportunities
Track media coverage, monitor placements, and document action items from weekly PR agency meetings
Required Qualifications
2 years of experience in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (internship experience accepted)
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Interest in education, workforce development, or mission-driven organizations preferred
