Descripción del trabajoLocation : Keyser, West Virginia (30mins from Cumberland, MD) Fully Outpatient Assess, maintain, and improve the health status of individuals in the community. Provide Acute, Preventative, and Chronic Disease management. Serve as a role model of professionalism to all members of the interdisciplinary health care team. Collaborates with all other practitioners and clinical support staff to form a high performing team. Documents all patient care activities and services provided in the electronic health record. Documentation must be clear, concise, accurate, updated, and in sufficient detail. 4 Day Work Week 20 Patients per Day No Call Competitive Base Salary and RVU bonuses available Sign On Bonus Relocation Assistance Comprehensive health and retirement plans for provider and family CME Allowance - 4.5K and 5 Days Loan Forgiveness Program Open to H1B and J1 Visa Candidates Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Ability to hold an unrestricted state of West Virginia MD or DO licensure J1 or H1B Visa Sponsorship if necessary
