Position Overview

Designs, implements, and evaluates patient specific and population based programs of care. Advances the practice of nursing to achieve quality and cost effective patient outcomes. Leads multidisciplinary groups in designing and implementing innovative evidenced based practice that address system problems or patient care issues. Adheres to hospital polices, industry standards, best practices, and applicable laws / regulations and codes to promote a quality, highly reliable patient experience. Engages in continuous growth and development in professional advanced nursing practice.

Pay Range is $88.38 to $128.15 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
