Physician-Led Group offering a chance for you to have total say in every aspect of the way you practice.

Practice Details :

Independent physician group - have full control over all aspects of your practice
DaVinci robot on-site with OR block time available
Exceptional referral pipeline of 20+ primary care providers on-site
True collaboration and continuity within the group - very low turnover
See anywhere between 15-25 patients per day
Full or part-time scheduled offered - 4-day work week is FT
Named as a "Best Minnesota Hospital Workplace" by the Minnesota Hospital Association
Practice in a state that allows you to provide the full spectrum of reproductive health care

Compensation & Benefits :

Employed position with a salary guarantee between $430K - $450K

Sign-On of $100K with fully paid relocation

Shareholder status offered after year 1 - annual incentive bonus of group's gross production for the year

Additional benefits include health insurance, malpractice, retirement, dental, and more
