Registered Nurse Job Details Location : Hyannis, Massachusetts (02601) – Cape Cod healthcare jobs Assignment Length : 13-week travel nursing contract (November 17, 2025 – February 14, 2026) Setting : Hospital Float Pool (may float between Cape Cod Hospital and Falmouth Hospital) Hours : 36 hours per week Shift : 12-hour rotating night shifts (7 : 00pm – 7 : 30am), every other weekend, rotating holidays Guaranteed Hours : 36 per week Estimated Weekly Pay : $1990 - $2130 Employment Type : Travel Nursing (W2) Registered Nurse Qualifications Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Minimum 1 year of recent Med / Surg Telemetry experience in an acute care hospital (within the last 2 years) Ability to pass CCHC Pharmacology and Basic Arrhythmia Exams prior to start date Proficiency in nursing informatics and electronic health records (EHR) Strong English communication skills (read, write, speak) Preferred : Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, experience with cardiac, oncology, dialysis, or orthopedic patients Med / Surg Telemetry RN Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive patient care using the nursing process : assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation Administer medications and monitor patient responses in a telemetry unit Document patient assessments, care plans, and progress in the hospital EHR system Guide and supervise ancillary healthcare staff; participate in patient and family education Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation Serve as a resource for patient care, orientation, and staff teaching within the hospital Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to hospital safety protocols Demonstrate leadership as a charge nurse when required Maintain patient confidentiality and represent the hospital positively in the community Perform additional nursing duties as assigned by supervisor Join our Massachusetts healthcare team and experience the best of travel nursing in Hyannis, MA.
