Youll mentor and motivate the sales team, implement effective strategies, and help us continue to thrive as a trusted name in home furnishings.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of six sales associates to meet and exceed goals
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback, training, and support
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive foot traffic and close sales
• Maintain a strong presence on the showroom floor, modeling excellent customer service
• Collaborate with ownership and management on promotions, merchandising, and business initiatives
