Job Title : Group Therapy Leader

Location : In-person, Cincinnati, Ohio

Job Type : Full-Time

Requirements :

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Counseling, prefer Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution
• Must be a licensed Social Worker or Counselor (LSW or LPC)
• Management and / or supervisory experience required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office applications

Job Summary

The Group Leader is responsible for delivering direct therapeutic support to clients through evidence-based interventions, group therapy facilitation, and crisis management strategies. This role plays a pivotal part in maintaining a therapeutic environment, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure the highest quality of care. The position also emphasizes adherence to organizational standards, timely clinical documentation, and active participation in supervision and quality assurance initiatives.
