A company is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join their Life Sciences sales team. Key Responsibilities : Identify, qualify, and manage sales opportunities across the company's portfolio Manage the full inside sales cycle, including lead generation and closing Build strong relationships with clients and provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales cycle Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business, or a related field 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer success, or business development in relevant sectors Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Self-motivated team player with a proactive approach to supporting oncology research
