- Credentialing Timeframe : 30-60 days
- Licensure Requirements : DEA / CSR required
- Hours : 7 am - 3 pm
- Call Hours : 3 pm - 7 am
- Scheduled Call : Call every 3rd night; every 3rd weekend
- Supervision : All CRNA practice
- Type of cases required : Ortho, GI, OB / GYN, Cataracts, General; Peds (1 yr and up). Must be proficient with Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals
- Number of ORs : 3
