Compensation :  $60,000 / year + performance-based incentives

Location :  Woodland Hills, CA – Hybrid (2–4 days per week in office, remainder remote)

We’re seeking a  Marketing Operations Assistant  to support our CMO, in running marketing operations across 15+ clients. This is an opportunity to work alongside one of the most talented leaders in the DTC industry, gain hands-on experience across multiple brands, and grow into a higher-level role.

The Role

As a Marketing Operations Assistant, you’ll serve as Koral’s right hand, ensuring projects are executed, deadlines are met, and performance is tracked. You’ll help keep the team and client deliverables organized while contributing ideas and insights.

Responsibilities

  • Support the CMO in managing daily operations across 15+ clients.
  • Task and staff management : Create, assign, and follow up on tasks in Monday.com and other project tools.
  • Reporting : Pull and compile KPI reports from analytics dashboards (GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo, Amazon, etc.).
  • Client support : Participate in select client calls, capture notes, track action items, and ensure follow-through.
  • Research : Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaigns, strategies, and creative directions.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with channel specialists (influencer, email, paid media, Amazon) to ensure timely execution.
  • Proactivity : Anticipate needs, identify bottlenecks, and suggest solutions before being asked.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English, with clear communication skills.
  • Proficient experience in Shopify and other E-commerce marketing tools.
  • Based in the Los Angeles area and able to work from our Woodland Hills office 2–4 days per week.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably with DTC brands or agencies.
  • Strong knowledge of tools : Monday.com, Klaviyo, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Tag Manager.
  • Deep understanding of marketing strategies, KPIs, and performance-driven campaigns.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management.
  • Proactive problem solver who takes initiative.
  • Comfortable handling multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets, Canva, and presentation tools; able to create clear reports, visual dashboards, and client-ready presentations.
  • Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in reporting and dashboard tools (Looker, Supermetrics, etc.).
  • Creative thinking : ability to spot market opportunities and propose ideas.
  • Previous agency experience.
