CERTIFIED REHABILITATION REGISTERED NURSE (RN)

Act as the direct link to help patients succeed in inpatient rehabilitation by supervising care and treatments provided by team members.

Lead patient assessments, create personalized plans of care and communicate progress.

Target patient concerns and offer timely solutions.

Credentials :

Current RN licensure appropriate to state regulations (unrestricted) required.

CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.

CRRN certification required.

Two or more years of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.
