A typical day at H&R Block involves being a trusted financial partner who guides clients through their tax journey with empathy, professionalism, and integrity. In this consultative role, you will work closely with a Client Care Specialist, who ensures clients are fully prepared for their appointments by gathering documents, explaining the process, and setting expectations. Together, you'll create a seamless and reassuring experience that leaves clients feeling confident, informed, and cared for. You'll deliver accurate, personalized tax advice while building long-term relationships rooted in trust. Your ability to simplify complex tax topics, embrace technology, and adapt to each client's unique needs will be key to your success. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on making a meaningful impact in people's lives through expert guidance and compassionate service.

It would be even better if you also had :

• Enrolled Agent or circular 230 certified
• Ability to serve simple to complex tax clients
• Collaboration tools such as Teams, customer relationship management tools
• Bachelors degree or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience
