I’ve been part of the State Farm family since 2003, starting as a team member and working my way up, and I now bring more than 22 years of industry experience to leading this agency. Before becoming an agent, I worked in sales, which helped me develop the relationship-building and communication skills I now use every day to support both my team and our clients.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Luis Sanchez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
