Automate onboarding processes and measure performance to improve outcomes continuously
Required Qualifications
5+ years in a customer-facing role or supporting customer-facing organizations
2+ years of experience in onboarding or enablement programs, preferably in a virtual environment
Proven ability to facilitate live sessions and coach skills effectively
Strong program management skills, including planning and stakeholder alignment
Experience leveraging AI and automation to enhance onboarding processes
