A company is looking for a Proposal Manager II, Virtual.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the complete proposal lifecycle, from opportunity assessment to final submission for complex proposals

Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring compliance with client requirements and RFP instructions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape proposal strategy and customize content for client needs

Required Qualifications

8-12+ years of proposal management experience, preferably in the benefits industry

Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously

Advanced proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and RFP / proposal software

Experience in synthesizing complex information for diverse audiences

Ability to mentor junior team members for quality and consistency
